Measuring the Nationalism of Employees in Foreign Companies: a Rasch Analysis Universitas Indraprasta PGRI Abstract The spirit of employee nationalism in foreign companies varies greatly. This can be seen from the way employees think and act in the work. This study aimed to (1) know the spirit of nationalism of employees in foreign companies (2) measured the nationalism of employees based on long working for foreign companies. This research uses survey method and data analysis done by Rasch model. The sample in this research is 110 employees. The findings of the study reveal that (1) the nationalism of employees in foreign firms is in the medium category (2) employees who have long worked in foreign firms had moderate nationalism compared to employees who have recently worked high in nationalism.
